MLC COMPLIANCE
Döhle Yacht Crew is an MLC 2006 certified Recruitment & Placement Agency.
In accordance with the Maritime Labour Convention, Döhle Yacht Crew does not use any means, mechanisms, or lists intended to prevent or deter certain seafarers from gaining employment for which they are qualified.
Seafarers are not requested, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, to pay fees or other charges for recruitment or placement (other than the cost of the seafarer obtaining a national statutory medical certificate, the national seafarer’s book, and a passport or other similar personal travel document).

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The MLC Title 1.4 Recruitment and Placement requires a Statutory Complaint Requirement. This necessitates a procedure to be in place to deal with any complaints related to the recruitment process.
Please direct any complaints in this respect to: info@dohle-yachts.com.
The complaint or grievance is subsequently flagged with the Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will consider the complaint and will respond to it directly once the facts of the case are investigated and identified. We aim to complete this process within ten working days.
If the candidate is not satisfied with the decision from the Recruitment Officer, they may ask to have the complaint considered by the Director of Döhle Yachts. In the event of any unresolved complaints, please contact the MCA at mlc@mcga.gov.uk
